We believe that it is important to have written policies, through obtaining each employee written acknowledgment of having received such policies. Wilna International Japan ensures that each staff has adhered to these policies before
officially starting work.
Our employment policy lays out our Company’s expectations for appropriate workplace behavior. We provide legal and ethical guidelines for relationships between employees, service users and clients.
Our Employment policy:
· Is designed with consideration for our Company’s values, the clients we work with and the service which we provide.
· Is driven by the fact that our Company’ reputation is based on the actions and behaviors of our employees.
· Provide guidelines for behavior which is acceptable and encouraged, but it is not all inclusive.
· Emphasizes use of good judgment.
· Is in compliance with all applicable legislation.
· List prohibited actions or behavior that is regarded as misconduct (and it may specify the consequences of violations) as appropriate.
